If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization.

Information on this website about TPZ products, Design Partner programs, beta functionality, roadmaps, research, or future capabilities is provided for general informational purposes.
Product functionality may change as TPZ develops and validates the platform.
References to Beta, Next, Future Direction, planned integrations, research, or other forward-looking functionality do not constitute a commitment that a feature will be developed, released, or made available on a particular date.
Access to TPZ products and services is governed by the applicable customer, Design Partner, beta, or other written agreement.
Submitting an application to the TPZ Design Partner Beta does not guarantee acceptance or create an obligation for either party to enter into a commercial relationship.
5. Applications, Forms, and Communications
If you submit a Design Partner application, contact request, security inquiry, or other form through the website, you are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that you are authorized to provide it.
Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback regarding TPZ or its products or services, TPZ may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This provision does not transfer ownership of Customer Data, confidential information, or other information governed by a separate written agreement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TPZ'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
