Erin is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Computer Engineering and a focused minor in Business. She consulted at PWC where she created detailed technical documentation for Strategy Assessments, providing roadmaps for clients' decision-making process. She conducted analysis of clients' environments, delivering insights for enhanced performance. She implemented measures resulting in the optimization of operational efficiency and user experience.
Erin believes that a universal language for understanding how threat posture, policy and access management will be created, the complex tasks associated with compliance, security threats and tools as well as enterprise-wide policy management and enforcement will be eliminated.
Making security and all its supporting networks accessible and understandable is her north star and the journey there will deliver radical solutions that will redefine cyber readiness at enterprise scale.

Ron is a Principal Network Security Architect and Zero-Trust innovator with over three decades of experience engineering mission-critical infrastructure across aerospace, global finance, and Fortune 100 enterprises.
His career spans the full evolution of enterprise networking—from FDDI rings at NASA’s Johnson Space Center to Tier III financial datacenters supporting mortgage banking and retail banking operations, to modern Zero-Trust and SASE architectures securing distributed enterprises.
He has designed and operated infrastructure for 600+ branch financial networks, overseen high-availability datacenters through bankruptcy and acquisition transitions, and implemented segmentation strategies that materially reduce enterprise attack surfaces.
Ron combines deep, hands-on engineering expertise (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, SIEM, VoIP, backbone routing, datacenter fabrics) with executive-level architectural strategy. He translates complex technical controls into business-aligned risk reduction frameworks and defensible governance models.
At Unisys, he integrated Zero-Trust designs into the Stealth platform and solely architected the secure environment for the RSA 2020 Capture-the-Flag event, successfully defending against live adversarial testing under a public breach challenge.
Across aerospace, regulated financial systems, and global enterprises, his work centers on one principle:
Designing infrastructure that remains resilient under stress, adversarial pressure, and operational change.
